ROOM RESERVATIONS
St. John Church offers meeting space to parishioners for various ministries and events. In order to ensure that rooms are consistently reserved and set up timely and appropriately to meet the needs of meeting facilitators, a meeting request form is provided.
Click here to download the form, complete it and fax it to: 630.898.5334 or place the form in the holder/basket provided at the Information Desk on the SJC campus. Please be sure to provide complete contact information in case additional information is needed. The contact person on the form will be notified to confirm room availability once the request has been approved.
Please note:
- Request forms must be submitted for approval at least 48 hours prior to the date of the meeting or event
- The Facilities Management Team will only process request forms received via fax or retrieved from the Information Desk
- Food and beverages are permitted in the Café only
